Adult Grief Support Group
Each person grieves in their own way, and at their own pace. By joining with others who have also experienced the death of someone significant, we can offer support and learn from one another as we move toward healing.
Mourning Hope is offering a new 8-week pilot group for bereaved adults (30s and up). This group provides an opportunity to understand your grief, and find hope and healing. You will learn healthy ways to cope, and feel support from others who are having similar experiences on their grief journey. Discussion will be facilitated by grief support professionals, and will be based on the book, "Understanding Your Grief" by Dr. Alan Wolfelt (provided for attendees.)
Please note: This group is offered at no charge to participants, but pre-registration is required. Mourning Hope attempts to accommodate all registrants for our grief support groups, but programs do fill quickly and space is limited. Please contact Pam Dinneen, Clinical Operations Director, at email@example.com or 402.488.8989 with questions about this group.
