To register for Holiday Hope on Sunday, December 8, please complete the Registration Form below.

  • Open to children ages 5 to 18
  • 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m
  • Caregivers are encouraged to attend the Holiday Hope Caregiver Support Group from 1:30 to 3 p.m., and are required to attend "Snacks & Sharing" from 3 to 3:30 p.m.
