Holding Hope is a new program for returning families who have already completed Mourning Hope’s 6-week or 10-week Family Grief Support Group Series. Completion of a multi-week series is a prerequisite for participation, ensuring that all families enter Holding Hope with a shared foundation of knowledge, experiences and language around grief.

This once-a-month program is open to families with youth ages 4 through 18 who have experienced the death of someone significant. A brief registration is required each month so we can thoughtfully prepare food, volunteers and activities.

This allows our programming staff to review submissions and confirm that families have previously attended a multi-week program. This step ensures that all participants share a common understanding and language around grief.
