The Mourning Hope Grief Center is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented licensed counselor with experience working directly with bereaved children, adults and families. This full-time clinical position in Lincoln, Nebraska will be responsible for delivering individual counseling and implementing peer-based grief support groups both virtually and in-person for all ages.

This position is part of Mourning Hope's leadership team: management and leadership experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred. The clinician will ensure delivery of high-quality program services, building relationships with grieving families, maintaining administrative functions related to programs, collaborating with other Mourning Hope staff and partnering with community members.

A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related degree is a requisite. License eligibility required; current licensure preferred. Certification in thanatology or trauma-related certification is desirable. Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years professional experience working with families in providing direct clinical services, including experience in group facilitation. Applicants must have substantial proficiency in bereavement services, management, program development and oversight.

Salary is commensurate with experience and geographic rates.
