Men's Grief Support Group
This 8-week group is for men grieving the death of someone significant. Each person grieves in their own way and at their own pace. By joining with others who have also experienced a loss, you can find understanding, support and encouragement as you move toward healing.
Designed specifically for men ages 19 and up, this group offers a safe space to share experiences, ask questions and connect with others who truly understand. You’ll learn healthy ways to cope, gain practical strategies and find a place to be heard as you navigate your grief journey.
There is no cost to attend group, but participants must pre-register and are asked to make a commitment to attend all eight sessions.
For questions about the Men's Grief Support Group, please contact Jason Christensen, Grief Services Director, at 402.488.8989 or jchristensen@mourninghope.org.
