This brand-new event is the companion to our long-standing Wonder Women fundraiser! Thanks to Mourning Hope supporters Steve Russell, Brian Boesche, and Stan Maly, the men are stepping up to help too, bringing funding and awareness where it's needed most.
While grief affects everyone, research shows that men are less likely than women to seek support for themselves or encourage their children to receive help after a death. This is how we begin to change that.
The goal has been set for 100 men to join the founding group of Super Men with a $100 charitable gift to the Mourning Hope Grief Center. Your gift will ensure men, children, and families can receive grief support, counseling, and resources at no cost, and help break the stigma that keeps too many men from seeking support.

As a thank you, participating Super Men are invited to a cocktail party to celebrate friendships and a legacy of charitable giving. Super Men will enjoy an evening of food, drinks, and connection with fellow superheroes as they explore the spectacular Museum of American Speed. The event is generously hosted by Mourning Hope volunteers, ensuring that every contribution from the Super Men directly supports programs and services for grieving children and families in Lincoln and beyond.
