These 8-week groups for bereaved adults (ages 30 and up) provide an opportunity to understand your grief, and find hope and healing. You will learn healthy ways to cope, and feel support from others who are having similar experiences on their grief journey. Discussion will be facilitated by grief support professionals, and will be based on Dr. Alan Wolfelt's book, Understanding Your Grief.
